ABOUT ME

I’m a social media manager and video editor who collects and produces photo and video content for the SRU ROTC Instagram page. I use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop to edit video and photography for posts, while also leading the SRU ROTC Media Team. The team works collaboratively to develop creative ideas and provide comprehensive coverage of training activities, all while staying within ROTC guidelines. Our content ranges from PT posts that recognize effort and performance to training coverage that highlights the work cadets put in during labs and exercises. My overall responsibility is to capture and share the ROTC experience in a way that connects with students, families, and anyone interested in the program.

I want to become a full-time video editor and producer working across multiple forms of media. I’m currently focused on developing my skills in live broadcast production and film editing, with the goal of expanding into larger-scale productions. My strengths in video editing, production, organization, and discipline shaped by military experience support that growth. I’ve been drawn to creation for as long as I can remember, especially the behind-the-scenes process of movies, YouTube, and digital content. That curiosity pushed me into graphic design in high school and continues to drive my goal of becoming a visual creator and leader who inspires creativity in others.
